Quotation Visit

A visit can be arranged for a quotation by booking here up to four hours before an appointment time.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We would appreciate it if you can give us 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

If we need to cancel or rearrange an appointment we will try to give as much notice as possible. We will contact you by phone/text if the number has been provided by you.

THIS QUOTATION IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  1. This quotation/estimate is valid for 3 calendar months from the date of issue after which we reserve the right of withdrawal or modification.
  2. Reports are prepared on the visible evidence and use of an electronic moisture meter at the time of the survey, subject to the restrictions and limitations of the survey. Where further investigation is required this will only be carried out at the clients instruction.
  3. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the specifications in the estimate is correct, we reserve the right to make modifications to this on site when unforeseen circumstances arise. Wherever the Client gives instructions involving changes in the work this may be at additional cost for which an extra fee will be charged.
  4. We will not accept liability for any claims arising out of the use by other parties of the information contained therein.
  5. Except where occasioned by the negligence of the company or it’s servants the company accepts no liability for accidental damage, or injury to the premises to be treated or any adjoining premises, or the contents of any such premises, or to any persons, or to any animal or plant life therein, or for any nuisance caused to the owners or occupiers of any such premises and the client shall release and indemnify the company from and against all claims arising from such loss, damage or injury as aforesaid. In no circumstances does the company accept liability for the following.
    • A. The company will take every precaution to prevent staining to surrounding paths, walls, pavings ect. But should such stains arise during works carried out no liability is accepted by the company.
    • B. Any damage to the structures, in which the company’s staff is to work where it is structurally in a weekend condition or for any other cause.
    • C. Damage to floor boards, joinery, wallpapers, although every precaution is taken for this not to happen.
    • D. Collapse of insecure brickwork during the company’s work or any other defects that should arise when carrying out treatment. The additional unforeseen work found carried out will be charged at additional cost.
    • E. If unforeseen defects to the plumbing or electrics arise during the company’s work the client will be advised and any repairs charged extra.
  6. Electricity and water should be supplied during normal working hours at no extra charge.
  7. Due to the nature of our work it’s not unusual to find dust in remote parts of the property, however we do take extra precautions by covering up furniture and floors. We take no responsibility for any cleaning work that may arise from our works carried out.
  8. Any damages or breakages through our company’s negligence will be fixed or replaced.
  9. Clients to remove furniture and breakable items before work commences
  10. Clients to remove carpets from the area where works are to be carried out.
  11. Clients to allocate parking for our company vehicles at all times with no restrictions.
  12. Clients should be allowed access to toilet and hand wash facilities at all times.
  13. After acceptance of work, Providing clients gives 10 days notice to postpone and reschedule works there will be no extra charge.

Re-plastering terms and conditions for rising damp treatment only.

PLEASE NOTE THIS SECTION ONLY APPLY TO OUR RISING DAMP TREATMENT.

  • 1a If it’s found the backing coat plaster is thicker than usual and requires extra layers to build it out then additional cost may apply.
  • 1b If any prep work to the walls are found to be necessary before re-plastering or applying our membrane system then additional costs may apply, for example, painted brick or stone, timbers in walls or defected brickwork.
  • 1c All re-plastering works are to the height indicated on the survey sheet unless additional plastering has been agreed between client and our company at additional cost.
